Hello, I am not sure if my peppermill is broken or if i just cant figure out how to put it back together. I cannot seem to thread the top bolt on to tighten it. I dumped out the peppercorns and now I have a spring plus a plastic piece that looks like 3/4 of a rectangle or half of an H. Is this broken or how do i reassemble?
