Apologies if this isn't a suitable post for this sub-reddit.
I have a cat who was neutered as a kitten, but still marks his territory by spraying. The end panel of a run of cupboards was his favorite spot (right next to the back door with the cat flap) and the particleboard/MDF panel swelled up and distorted, so I had that replaced with a ceramic tiled panel. I'm about to renovate the kitchen and dining room and knock walls down and fit a new kitchen. Getting rid of the cat isn't an option (he's a lovely cat, really affectionate, very content but piddles everywhere-I can mostly keep on top of it but inevitably there has been some damage over the years). Can anyone suggest a more cat-pee resistant type of material?
