BRANCHBURG, NJ — Dimora Brands, the parent company of several luxury kitchen/bath hardware and plumbing product brands, has announced the acquisition of Watermark Designs, the Brooklyn, NY-based manufacturer of luxury faucets, showers and bath accessories.
Dimora Brands owns several brands in cabinet hardware, accessories and related products aimed at kitchen and bath dealers, cabinet makers, independent hardware stores and related design professionals. Included among them are Top Knobs, Water Street Brass and Hardware Resources.
