wanna ask for your opinion. We want to reconstruct our kitchen from a scratch and one of the consideration is a Siemens combi oven with added steam. Its basically a normal oven but it has a water tank behind display which could be filled and steam could be added into a hot air or you can cook just with pure steam or by a traditional hot air without a steam. However from a space perspective - oven needs to go under main desk (under-bench), under a gas stove, so it want be wall mounted.
Are there any serious issues with this setup ? Do you have similiar setup ? if yes - could you please share a photo and your experience ?
